I loved working with Jessica K at Autos of Dallas (Plano) location. She is the best at what she does and I would recommend her to everyone. I purchased a 2023 BMW X6 from this dealership just four months ago, and it has been one problem after another. On the second day after buying the vehicle, one of the tires blew out. This is the biggest slum of a dealership in Texas. I purchased a worthless warranty from the sales rep. When I figured out it covered absolutely nothing, I canceled the warranty. If it were a reputable dealership, they would have mailed me my check. Not Autos of Dallas, I called half a dozen times was transferred to a voicemail. Chatted with their virtual assistant, would not put me in touch with a Finance Manager. At this point, they have stolen $775 from me. AVOID these con artists at ALL COSTS.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I have had the vehicle less than 2 weeks, driven less than 100 miles, and the check engine light came on. I found out from the Service Director that the mechanical issues were found prior to purchase and Sales declined to get the repairs done. The issues were not disclosed at purchase either. On top of that, they add $2.5K of "optional" add ons to the purchase price that even though you didn't request must be purchased. This is the last place I would ever recommend purchasing a vehicle.
They are sneaky and slimy people, who will lie and add extras to your car and tell you that they all come with the car. Lies, lies, lies. and don't ever try to contact them after the car is purchased, it is a never-ending transfer to nothing land, just to a line that rings and no one will ever pick up. If I could give no stars I would. Please do not go here for a car, unless you enjoy being tricked and lied to.

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a 2023 BMW X7 from Auto of Dallas on December 3rd, and the entire process has been nothing but dishonesty, broken promises, and zero accountability.
First red flag: within 24 hours of owning the car, my BMW app showed an “Urgent Power Supply Check Up” fault that BMW records confirm had been active two days BEFORE the sale. That means Auto of Dallas knowingly sold me a vehicle with a serious pre-existing electrical problem and said NOTHING.

Purchase started off okay but took way to long to get the deal done and out the door.

BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DECEPTIVE. Recently bought a 2024 BMW from Shane Carlisle, the manager, and it a re-purposed damaged car with multiple problems. He said the dealership would take care of it, but he won't answer or return calls. There are too many honest dealerships out there to keep this one in business. This dealer sells cars who are serviced by inexperienced technicians. Do not buy a car from here and if you do be SURE to buy the warranty. BUT you must make sure the warranty lets you get your car serviced anywhere, including your card manufacturer. I worked with Bob Tauber. I was interested in a new Alfa Romeo Tonale. Bob was extremely knowledgeable, very polite and professional, and had a real passion for the car. Terrible customer service. MANDATORY Luxe Package you have to buy ($1999) for any purchase and it’s not even a warranty. What a rip off. They don’t call you back, and sell the car you test drive and are TRYING to get the salesman to work with you on without notice. Never had such poor service and a waste of my time. I highly recommend Bob Tauber and everyone else @ Autos of Dallas! Bob was kind, accommodating and quick with responding to all questions. I was pleased with being allowed plenty of time to drive, have the car inspected by my mechanics and no pressure, bottom line sales pricing and policies. They took care of a few necessary repairs/replacements before purchase. Everyone there was pleasant, courteous and professional whilst being a comfortable environment.

I’m pretty pissed that your dealership just had my credit ran by five different banks for no reason! That’s going to drop my score 25-40 points! For no reason 🤬 then the fool had the nerve to tell me to put $1,000 down for them to run it at a SIXTH place. My score is 675! Y’all told me y’all only do SOFT inquiries. Don’t do business here unless you’re ready to be lied to at every turn, so they can make a sale by any means necessary.
I bought my wife's birthday gift from here and the salesman that helped me was Bob. He was the most helpful salesman I have ever encountered when buying a car. I am very disappointed with this place. The employee was very rude. His first comment was about the price, it won't change.
I have waited months to write this review to give the dealership a chance to change my mind but in the end, they failed and I would never recommend them to anyone. Though they made several mistakes in the transaction, it was up to me to chase them down and ultimately up to me to fix what I could.

Pretty quick with their process if you know what you want. They make sure time isn't wasted if you want to get things rolling. Bob really made things very easy for my wife and I. Horrible dealership. The rep I talked to knew nothing about the car, gave me incorrect information to every question and the car wasn’t even available. I asked to speak to the manager, Christian was awful too. He told me they had to get a seat fixed before they could let me see it. Doesn’t follow up with me for a week, I check back in and it was sold. 0 stars.
